There's nothing better than gathering with friends and family, but only until you're ready to go to bed.  Relax the night away with four bedrooms featuring 2 Queen beds in separate bedrooms, 2 Twin beds in one bedroom, and 1 King sized bed in the Primary Suite.  The smart layout places the Primary Suite on its own side of the home.

There are two full baths, including a full Primary en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub.  The second bath is located by the other bedrooms and features a tub with shower head.

Important Information

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a non-smoking property.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  An additional cleaning fee of $2000 will be charged to your credit card if renters and their guests do not adhere to this rule.

  • Dogs are allowed and must be approved by the management before the reservation is confirmed.  There is a 45 lb. weight limit for dogs.  An extra pet fee will be assessed for each dog. (No cats or other pets.)

  • Reservations can be made for full week or monthly rentals only during the months of January - April.  There is a 5-night minimum for the rest of the year.  

  • A security deposit will be required to secure your reservation.

  • A cancelation fee will apply for reservations that are canceled. 

  • The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present each day of the stay.

  • Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) Two local options are Rose Marina or Walker Marina.

  • The city of Marco Island maintains a very strict quiet hour ordinance from 9:00pm until 7:00am, which means there is no noise allowed in the pool or patio area after 9:00pm.  Any noise coming from inside or outside the property after 9:00pm may result in a visit from the local police and may result in very hefty fines to the tenant for any tickets that are issued.  Thank you for your cooperation in preventing any complaints for violations of any kind.

  • All rental terms will be specified in the rental contract and will be signed by all parties prior to granting access to the property.

Property Information

Rental Rates

State, county and local taxes of 12% and a cleaning fee of $375 will be charged in addition to rental rates.  All amounts are subject to change until a rental contract is executed.  

 

During the months of January - April, rentals are solely made for a full week minimum from Saturday to Saturday.  In other months, a minimum of five nights is necessary, starting on any available day.  Please inquire for monthly rates.
